These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gi99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://gi99.cc. By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the gi99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gi99 platform. Continued use of any gi99 service — including browsing the website, logging into your account, depositing funds, or placing bets — constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of each interaction.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency. gi99 operates as an online betting and casino platform targeting English-speaking players in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

To open a gi99 account and use the platform's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gi99 is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not open accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. gi99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or bank statement.
• You must not already hold an existing gi99 account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — whether under the same or different personal details — will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register maintained by gi99 or any responsible gaming programme.

gi99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration on gi99 is void where prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of gi99 complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

Upon successful registration, gi99 will create an account for you denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Your account username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your gi99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gi99 staff will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from gi99 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately at [email protected].

gi99 accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses — financial or otherwise — suffered as a result of:

• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Your sharing of login details with a third party, whether intentionally or inadvertently.
• Your use of a shared, public, or unsecured device to access your gi99 account.
• Phishing attacks or social engineering that you were not vigilant against.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gi99 support immediately. gi99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation. All bets and transactions placed prior to a confirmed security breach report will be considered valid unless gi99 determines otherwise in its sole discretion.

All financial transactions on gi99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gi99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. The following payment methods are accepted on the gi99 platform:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your gi99 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account. gi99 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. gi99 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is subject to an ongoing verification review, a pending responsible gaming review, or an investigation under Section 7 of these Terms.

Third-party payments: You must only deposit from a payment source registered in your own name. gi99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the corresponding account suspended pending investigation.

All bets placed on gi99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant betting or game section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

A bet is considered accepted only once gi99's system has confirmed the bet and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be accepted or declined at gi99's discretion depending on the availability of live in-play markets for that event.

Void bets: gi99 reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within a period specified in the applicable sport-specific rules.
• The bet was accepted due to a manifest error, including but not limited to an obviously incorrect price, incorrect team or player names, or a system glitch.
• Credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or event manipulation exists in respect of the event on which the bet was placed.
• The bet violates any term of these Terms & Conditions, including bets placed by ineligible persons.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's gi99 account balance. gi99's decision on void bets is final and binding. Disputes regarding void bets must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event outcome by contacting [email protected].

gi99 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion and must be read carefully before participating.

General conditions that apply to all gi99 bonuses unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gi99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• gi99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Winnings generated from bonus funds will be credited as bonus balance until applicable wagering requirements have been met, at which point the qualifying amount will be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gi99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one gi99 account.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Match-fixing and corruption: Placing bets on events that you have sought to influence or have knowledge of irregular activity regarding.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or any other multi-player product.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to exploit the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using gi99 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds of illicit origin.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing gi99 support staff or other players.

gi99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity — not a source of financial pressure or personal harm. gi99 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all account holders:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gi99 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any gi99 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on gi99 content.
• Use any gi99 trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply affiliation with gi99.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the gi99 platform.

Any unauthorised use of gi99's intellectual property will be subject to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by gi99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gi99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or external circumstances beyond gi99's reasonable control.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, event information, or game outcomes caused by a data feed or third-party provider error.

gi99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gi99 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform reliability, security, and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gi99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

gi99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document.

By registering an account on gi99, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data required for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring.

gi99 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of operating the platform, processing payments, and complying with legal obligations.

gi99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player's account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• gi99 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction.

Upon account termination for cause, gi99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days, and any remaining balance will be returned in full subject to standard withdrawal verification requirements.
